Crystal Dawn Morris, a member of the Splatsin First Nation, films herself foraging for medicinal herbs on the lands of the Secwepemc Nation. She then teaches her daughter how to prepare traditional remedies, so that the girl will go on to heal others. A story that underscores the importance of transmitting culture, filmed with a gentle touch.
