With a view to forcing LUNG to leave his business and move overseas with her, CHU gets close to KEUNG deliberately. LUNG dares not tell WAH about their plan. He hopes CHAI will talk to WAH. WAH will neither close the school nor leave Hong Kong. He blames LUNG for listening to whatever his wife says. WAH takes charge of the school himself but ends up at hospital. The doctor says that he is very weak. LUNG is very worried about his father, but WAH tells him to leave him alone. The father and son end up in disaccord.
