KETONE finds out that CHEUNG is LIN’s ex-partner. CHEUNG committed suicide after embezzling the public funds. His daughter, YIN, was being sent to the orphanage. On the press conference for the merge of Kuk’s Company and Cheung Kai, MANN brings a nun, MARIA, to affirm that TINA is not LIN’s blood daughter, hence, she is not the authorized person to sign any document. The lawyer points out that MANN and the other two directors will form a committee to take charge of the Company. TINA suffers a great blow. TAK knew that there is a master-man behind the scene and TINA is the victim. KETONE hopes that TINA and HANG would reconcile and cure his psychological illness.
