YAT-YUEN and the others capture TO YUNG, through whom they reach a deal with Master PO that they will arrange to make delivery within two days, yet in fact, they are up to something on the sly. Instructing YUK-KAM to lure away KAI-KEI, TO YUNG moves the medicinal materials out. With NGAI CHUN reporting to TUN-YU that someone is engaged in smuggling, KAI-CHUNG goes together with NGAI CHUN to arrest the criminal. NGAI CHUN doesn't reveal that those who smuggle the medicinal materials are TO YUNG and YAT-YUEN until YAT-YUEN rows his boat and approaches the pier.
