CHAN KAU ON is an accountant with little income. He always dream of becoming rich suddenly. He has a good wife who takes care of him and his family.

One day ON meets his former classmate HO WING FU and he knows that FU is going to be his boss soon and FU has a beautiful wife LAW MEI KIU. He is jealous and feels inferior.
