On the occasion of an accident with running with combed boats Reno meets the sister of its murdered engaged Val again. Debbie, which is first not inspired to see Reno again examines this accident. Finally they come together a weapon smuggler on the trace, which uses the speedboats for its dirty business. Reno can be employed as drivers, in order to collect proofs.
