DS Ramani De Costa and DC Rob Thatcher investigate a man who has been secretly filming girls in the changing rooms of a leisure centre. Ramani is horrified when Steve's tapes show that her stepdaughter, Jasmin, has been the subject of the man's drunken and sexually charged interviews. Rob tries to protect Ramani from seeing the video footage but she is adamant to remain part of the investigation despite her personal involvement. Later, her resolve is sorely tested when Jasmin is raped.
