The president is visiting a small city in some unknown place in Iran. Many people write letters to the president complaining about their problems. The story begins when a load ship of letters is to carry to the president immediately. He is in the airport waiting for the plane to go back to Tehran. By accident Hadj Samad the local driver is chose to deliver the letters to the Airport but.
