Through the lives of three different women, a waitress, a teenager and a the mentally handicap sister of a building maintenance supervisor, Escalona makes a special collage, which combines topics such as abortion, sexual abuse, friendship, death or relationships, with loneliness as a backdrop. Not surprisingly, the director tags his film as "hard and uncomfortable"
