Discerptio Industries, a small firm owned by two middle-aged men, Michael and Ryan, invests heavily in advertising their latest product, "PHANTOM DIALECT," a VHS cassette that can induce a deep coma and provide people who have experienced traumatic events with an unforgettable experience. Despite their efforts, no one seems interested in their product until a mysterious caller, Theo, contacts the company to purchase the VHS cassette. A few days later, Theo receives the beta version of PHANTOM DIALECT, and he inserts it out of curiosity, even though he did not pay for it.
