A trio of friends attempts to win their college intramural volleyball tournament in order to win free t-shirts, yet they suck as a team because their heart isn't in the sport. When all hope is lost, they are approached by a mysterious guru who agrees to train them in the ways of Volleyball. However, they find his training methods to be unorthodox compared to anything that resembles volleyball.
