Enis Rıza
Overview
Enis Rıza, Turkish documentary filmmaker, educator, writer.
He studied at Galatasaray High School. In 1969, he started working on documentary and short films with the ‘Genç Sinema’ group. He gave lectures on photography, cinema and documentary cinema at various schools and institutions. In 1996, he was among the founders of the Association of Documentary Filmmakers.
He organises the ‘Documentary Days with Enis Rıza Sakızlı’ event organised by Ece Ayhan Civil Initiative.
