Yukari Sakamoto
Overview
After studying philosophy at Sophia University, Yukari Sakamoto (Tokyo, 1990) studied editing at the Graduate School of Film and New Media, Tokyo University of the Arts. She has directed the short films rebOrn (2018), For Rei (2019), screened at Tama New Wave and the Osaka Festival, and The Tree (2022), winner of the Art Renaissance Award at the Geidai Artfest 2022. Shiro no kajitsuĀ is her first feature film.
