J.J. Jeczalik
Overview
J.J. Jeczalik is a musician and film composer. Starting on the production team of super-producer Trevor Horn, J.J. also became a member of Horn's experimental pop group The Art Of Noise. J.J. was responsible for playing and programming the Fairlight CMI - one of the first sampling keyboards and digital audio workstations (DAWs). J.J. created a massive library of samples for the Fairlight, which appeared in hit songs by ABC, Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Yes, Marc Almond, and others, in addition to being heavily featured in the music of The Art Of Noise. As The Art Of Noise wound down, J.J. transitioned to film composing.
