Egon Kjerrman
Overview
Ernst Egon Napoleon Kjerrman wasa Swedish kapellmeister, pianist, composer, actor and media personality. He graduated as Music Director at the Royal Swedish Academy of Music in 1943 and from 1944 he served in the music choir of Svea Lifeguard. He became famous when, from 1956 and ten years on, he hosted the radio broadcast evenings from Solliden's stage at Skansen in Stockholm, entitled Sing with Egon. Later changed to Allsång på Skansen/Singalong at Skansen.
