Mark Jwayad
Overview
Jwayad grew up in North Portland in Oregon. He attended Benson Polytechnic High School where he majored in Radio Broadcasting and helped start the Theatermaniacs, a student generated theater group. He studied for a year at Clackamas Community College where he was introduced to Comedy Improv, before attending the University of San Francisco to major in Performing Arts and Social Justice. While at the University of San Francisco, Jwayad founded the USF Comedy Improv group as well as appearing in several stage plays. Transitioning to film, he continued his studies at Chapman University's Graduate Conservatory of Motion Pictures and received an MFA in Film Production: Directing emphasis. Along with William Prescott, he co-founded Trainwreck Motion Pictures and now lives in Los Angeles.
