Federico Torri

Federico Torri is a composer from Florence, Italy who works between Los Angeles and Europe. His music has been performed by orchestras such as Abu Dhabi's NSO Symphony Orchestra, Sanremo Symphony Orchestra, Arturo Toscanini Philharmonic Orchestra, Pomeriggi Musicali di Milano and Florence Chamber Orchestra, with performances on Italian Television and Radio. In 2014 he was a finalist in the International Film Music Composition Contest Mario Nascimbene.

He loves to combine live instruments and organic sounds with electronic textures and sound-design. His ideal music focuses strongly on a refined harmonic language which can be combined with unique simple melodies, soft orchestral textures, avant-garde sounds and electronic beats.
