Overview

Russian journalist and radio host, blogger, writer, publicist, public figure. Author of nonfiction books on the history of Russia in the XX century. One of the authors of the textbook "History of Russia" for grade 10. He was a Komsomol member. In 1996 he graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. At the radio station "Yunost" (1999-2000 and 2002-2006) he was the author of the programs "The Last Assault", "Recent History", "Russian Diplomacy: Fatherland and Fates". At the Mayak radio station (2000-2001 and 2006-2008 [2]) he hosted the programs “Great battles of the great war”, “World War II: unknown voices of history”, “Russians outside Russia”. The radio station "Voice of Russia" (from 2008 to 2014, hereinafter referred to as radio "Sputnik") conducts a series of programs "Theory of delusions", "Myths about the war", "Foreigners in Russia". On the radio station "Vesti FM" conducts programs "Parallels", "Weekly report", "Our XX century". He was the host of political debates between Vladimir Zhirinovsky and Sergei Mironov in 2012. From April 2012 to September 2013 - editor-in-chief of the Russian service of the radio company "Voice of Russia" (replaced Petr Zhuravlev in this post). Since September 2013, he has been the head of special projects of the Main Editorial Office of the Broadcasting Coordination of the radio company "Voice of Russia". On November 3, 2014 he participated in the opening of the broadcasting of the Russian radio station "Sputnik" in Armenia (106.0 MHz in Yerevan).
