Overview

An Iraqi actor, whose artistic career began in the theater in 1934 as a participant in school theatrical productions. He enrolled in the Institute of Fine Arts in Baghdad and graduated in 1945 as part of the inaugural class. Subsequently, he joined a scientific mission to the United States to pursue a master's degree in theatrical directing from the Art Institute in Chicago.
