Cristina Neves is a young Brazilian film director, editor and producer of short fiction and documentary films. Raised in the state of Piauí, in northeastern Brazil, she left her home and family to study cinema at the University of São Paulo (USP). Her movies portrait the everyday life, but with a twist of fantasy and absurdism.
