Jeffry Lloyd Silverman
Overview
As a longtime Alaskan media producer and playwright, Jeffry Lloyd Silverman has produced a number of notable documentary films about Alaska, with an emphasis on Native public affairs, history and culture. Several of these films are on permanent exhibit in Anchorage. Jeff produced, co-wrote and co-directed the award-winning civil rights documentary, “For the Rights of All: Ending Jim Crow in Alaska,” which has aired nationally on PBS stations since 2009. He produced an award-winning weekly public affairs show for public television for seven years.
