In 2007, Naeem Tahir took his first steps into the industry as a writer and producer. His creative prowess quickly became evident as he penned numerous plays and TV shows, leaving an indelible mark on the world of storytelling. Fueling his passion for entertainment, Naeem Tahir founded Redwood Production in 2007, a production company that would go on to become a powerhouse in the industry. Through Redwood Production, he had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed Bollywood and Pakistani artists, showcasing his ability to bring compelling narratives to life on screen. In 2013, Naeem Tahir's vision expanded to the world of fashion with the creation of the Dubai Fashion Awards. Building on this success, Naeem introduced "Made in Pakistan" in 2016, an initiative designed to promote and celebrate products originating from Pakistan, highlighting the country's rich heritage and craftsmanship.

In 2017, Naeem Tahir organized the Khaleej Screen Awards in Dubai, an event dedicated to recognizing and honoring the achievements of Pakistani artists, affirming their valuable contributions to the world of entertainment. Continuing his mission to foster goodwill and cultural exchange, Naeem orchestrated "Jashan-e-Dosti" in 2018, an event aimed at promoting love and understanding between India and Pakistan. The event featured renowned figures such as Alka Yagnik, Kajal Vashisht, Sahir Ali Bagga, and comedians Juri Ali Hassan and Irfan Malik, bringing together talent from both nations in a spirit of unity.

In 2023, Naeem Tahir ventured into the realm of digital content with the creation of the comedy-horror web series "Bhootni Ke." Serving as the writer, Naeem's creative genius took center stage as he collaborated with director Arjun Verma to craft a unique and entertaining series.
