Overview
Nguyễn Quốc Trung (born 17th September 1966), is a Vietnamese musician, composer, sound arranger and record producer. With a prolific career spanning over four decades, he has written songs which launched the careers of some of the country's most famous pop stars as well as pioneering a range of new music genres including electronic and new age. His discography features a diverse selection of genres, from electronic, world music, light pop to ambient or film scores. Besides his work as a musician, Quốc Trung is also the director of major music festivals and music television shows, notably Hanoi Monsoon Music Festival and Vietnam Idol.
