Tiiu Übi (maiden name Tiiu Lätt; born June 27, 1941 in Sonda) is an Estonian television and production artist.
Tiiu Übi was born in Sonda township, Virumaa, Erra municipality, in a family of teachers. She graduated from the 8th 8th grade school in Tallinn in 1957 and the Tartu Art School in 1962. In the years 1964–1970, she studied at the Estonian National Art Institute, and in the years 1963–1968 she worked as an artist at the Tallinn Canteens, Restaurants and Cafes Trust.
In the years 1968–1998, Tiiu Übi worked as an artist at Estonian Television, where she designed TV productions and films. She is also involved in watercolor painting, porcelain painting and illustrating children's books.
