Adam York
Overview
Adam York is a professional independent filmmaker from Sanford, North Carolina. He is perhaps best known for his work on "Scienstars" - a live-action, educational science fiction series that introduces ideas, practices, and crosscutting concepts from a new set of science education standards, where he served as director and show-runner, as well as his work on "The Devil's Lettuce" - the award-winning comedic spoof of the propaganda films of the 1950s, where he also served as director. Most recently, he directed "Closing Time" - a horror/suspense short film based on the works of author and frequent co-contributor Dave Harlequin. He now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Melanie.
