Giulio Bongini
Overview
Giulio Bongini, born in Florence on the 13th August 1904, was an Italian stage director and set designer. In the 1940s-1950s he worked at the Cinecittà Studios in Rome, Italy. Some of his works include films with Alberto Sordi, Silvana Pampanini, “War and Peace” with Audrey Hepburn, “Jessica” with Angie Dickinson, and Maurice Chevalier. He died from a heart attack on the 23rd August 1962.
