Overview
Born in 1986, Cíntia Domit Bittar is a brazilian writer, director, editor, and producer known in Brazil for her filmography of both narrative and non-narrative films. Bittar's last short - BAILE (Summer Ball) - was nominated as 2020 Best Short Film by the Brazilian Film Academy and was qualified for the 2021 Oscars after receiving the Best Short Film Award at 60º Int'l Film Festival of Cartagena de Índias. In 2025, three projects produced and directed by her are going to be released: the TV show "Quero Ser Veg" (Wanna be Veg); the documentary "Gugie"; the drama/horror "Virtuosas"(Virtuous Women).
