Dare Aiyegbayo

Dare Aiyegbayo is a Writer, Screenwriter and Playwright. Since completing a Screenwriting MA at the prestigious London College of Printing Dare has written for Channel 5 and BBC continuing drama series including Eastenders and Waterloo Road. She has also written an award winning short, several unproduced features and been commissioned to develop original television drama series. In addition to her writing career Dare has worked in a Development capacity for a number of UK film companies including the award winning Vertigo Films and the BBC and served as member of the film committee for the Writer’s Guild of Great Britain.

Alongside developing TV and film projects Dare is currently Writer in Residence for Papatango Theatre Company where she is writing her first play and a mentee on the 2018 WFTV membership programme.
