From Oregon with Love
This drama was filmed on location in the beautiful surroundings of the state of Oregon, US. It poignantly deals with the difficulties faced by Akira, a nine-year-old Japanese boy who is sent to live in America with his aunt and her family after his parents die in a traffic accident in Tokyo. Making the adjustment is not easy at first, but as the story unfolds, Akira courageously learns to face the challenges of his new life, strongly supported by the love of his new family and the kindness of their neighbors.
