Disorder reigns in Frankfurt. Only a few people know about it and where. But homeowners in particular. One of them makes every Sunday “picobello”. Frankfurt Bockenheim in Schlossstrasse. Sunday 10:30 am. A Frankfurt homeowner checks that everything is in order. The reason: stuffed garbage cans, improperly stowed waste paper containers and jumbled bicycles in the courtyard entrance.
