Focuses on two vets: Richard Linder, a 28-year-old Black from Brooklyn, and Donald Sproehnle, a 25-year-old white veteran from Philadelphia. They discuss their reasons for joining the army in their teens and recount wartime experiences. They explain the psychological changes they underwent in Vietnam and their present feelings of hurt and anger.
