Camp Beaver lake is about to be shut down by the local authorities, and Max, the owner, (Ron Jeremy) has no choice but to sell the place. Walter, (Randy Spears) a nerdy executive for Japanese company, is sent to good real estate investment. His frustrated wife, (Danielle Rogers) convinces him to take her along for the ride.
