HO asks MING to meet HIM at home but they start a quarrel again. MING takes HO's advice and he sells his beloved yacht for repaying HIM's debts. HIM is deeply touched and he reconciles with MING. KIT performs well in the examination and he is granted the chance for a second interview. LAU keeps calling SZ MAN to threaten her that he will disclose her past to everybody unless she gives him money. SZ MAN takes some money from the grocery shop to pay LAU. LAU thinks that the money is not enough and he asks SZ MAN to raise more money. SZ MAN meets SUM on the way and YUE witnesses it since he is following SUM. SZ MAN returns to claim that she has lost the grocery shop’s money on her way to the bank and LAI MAN scolds her angrily. KEI finds it suspicious and YUE questions KEI about SZ MAN's past. KEI and YUE follows SZ MAN and SUM separately. They end up going to the same building and LAU's dead body is discovered in a nearby location……
