LAI suggests HONG to take over Prosperous Marble Factory, because he thinks it is beneficial for the company listing plan. HONG promises to take some thought about it. After seeing the martial art competition with LAI; LEUNG pretends to be not hungry in order to act like a lady. CHU says her new born daughter has to use her surname, but HA tells her that this will affect the healthy development of the child. CHU at last compromises but she insists the divorce. HA questions LAI about the takeover, but LAI says this is the highest confidential information of the company. HA realizes that LAI no longer trust him. HA and OI discovers there is something wrong about the insurance of Prosperous. OI wants to give LAI some advice, but LAI on contrary says HA is making use of her. HONG and the others pay a visit to factory in Mainland China. However, they think the price is too expensive. HA knows this is HONG’s strategy……
