Most middle-aged women want to look the way they did when they were in their 20s. But the gospel according to St Gok is that our bodies change and we need to change our hearts and minds along with it. "Face up to the fact you have a real woman's body and learn to love it," Gok tells weepy Adele, who at 40 thinks she's gone to pot since she gave up figure skating. Clever styling, some serious underwear and a lot more tears later, there's been a monumental transformation. Adele's gone from someone stuck in the 80s (and not in a good way) into someone modern, glamorous and confident.
