Karen finds an old leopard skin coat in an old trunk upstairs, she shows it to Patrick who starts sneezing. It seems Patrick has an allergy to cats & cat fur.! Karen goes back upstairs to where Anna is minding their friend Andrews cat for the weekend, She tells Anna that Patrick is still allergic. Nanny comes into the room & sees the cat, She tells the Girls it's a female & pregnant ! Patrick happens to be passing when he overhears Nanny say She's pregnant.
