The Diabolical Dr. Dome - S1.E5 - The Plastic Man Comedy/Adventure Show
Dr. Dome discovers a way to extract the super powers from Plastic Man. He then uses his new powers to steal valuable objects from all over the world. It looks to everyone that Plastic Man is responsible for the thefts so he must find a way to capture Dr. Dome to clear his name.
