With Mailbox having distracted Joe to ""help him"" in the backyard, we learn that the Blue's Clues characters need our help in doing a surprise party for Joe. We help them out by keeping Joe distracted and assisting in the various preparations. We work hard, with Mr. Salt guiding us in getting things ready.
