Roddy Piper and the Junk Yard Dog get into a competition over who can prove themself a better actor for a role being offered by group of movie producers. Unfortunately, however, the role being offered is a lousy one.

Also he cleans up JYD's junkyard but chaos breaks out the moment Andre puts a tape of Rowdy Roddy Piper in Junkenstein's program! Can JYD and Andre stop Junkenstein before it's too late?
