Ann Maurice and Alistair Appleton offer advice to the would-be sellers of a four-bedroom house in the Gloucestershire village of Nailsworth. From the outside, the property looks spectacular, but once inside it appears drab and cluttered - and the fact the family's pet rabbit uses the verandah as a lavatory does not help.
