Goku has wiped out the Red Ribbon Army, but he can’t figure out the location of the seventh Dragon Ball! From there, he ends up requesting a divination from the fortune-teller Uranai Baba, who the Turtle Hermit told him about. On the way, Goku and the others stop by Karin Tower and take Upa with them to Uranai Baba’s palace!
