After wandering through endless wilderness, Tripitaka and his starving disciples find themselves in a small town in the middle of nowhere. For two years, ever since her son and his human bride abandoned her, the bloodthirsty demon Kari-Temo Hanja has been appearing at weddings in the town and kidnapping the brides.
