Angela and John were in London on the lookout for kitchen criminals. They put the capital's worst offenders back on the straight and narrow with a lesson in simple cookery. John proved that pancakes are not just for Shrove Tuesday, while Angela showed how quickly you can make a stir-fry from scratch.
