John Burton Race and Angela Hartnett are holding auditions across the country to find the nation's worst cooks. This time they're in the South West and Wales.

Angela and John were in Bristol, searching the West Country for crimes against cooking. Angela went back to basics with a master class in poaching eggs, while John attempted to convince cider drinkers about the merits of a beef and ale stew.
