The boys have miraculously survived the incidents aboard the Titanic II at the end of the last series, but what will they do now? Well, first of all, they have changed their address which means filling out a Shitsu Tonka official census. This proves harder than it sounds for Dorcen Langbene, Bumstead and Cynthia. Shitsu Tonka is also on the lookout for a new world leader and Tim decides he's the man for the job, especially since he has Richard to think for him.
