KEN is worrying about his rental when his grandpa, CHIU TIM FOOK, comes. Knowing KEN’s problem, FOOK tells him that his mother, LEUNG SAU CHUN, had bought a house with SING twenty years ago. FOOK also tells him to get back what he deserves. So KEN goes to SING’s place. There, he is mistaken as a thief by SING’s co-habitant-cum-colleague, KUK MING CHEONG.
