Leung Choi County is raged by an Air Marauder recently. County Officer CHUN commands the inspectors to catch the convict; however, the inspectors hand over the case to CHAN SAI-MUI. MUI chances upon TSE WONG-SHEUNG who has just stolen his family’s “Treasure Bowl” for his friends’ appreciation. MUI has caught SHEUNG back but it has discontented the rice trader TSE CHONG-TIN who is SHEUNG’s father. TIN decided to boycott the County’s rice planter…. SHEUNG determines to be a Government Official but has been objecting by his father. TIN eventually donates to the Government and SHEUNG is then appointed as the Agriculture Official. He also hires TAI TSUNG-MAN, who has sworn not to speak anymore, as an advisor as well as several wicked inspectors for SHEUNG.
