This time he meets Anthony and Emma Brewer, who want to swap their seaside cottage in Newquay, Cornwall for a house nearer their family in the Midlands. Jane Knight built her timber-frame house in Shropshire ten years ago but, now divorced, she is looking for a new home and a new life. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations will they decide to swap homes for good?
