Richard and Sharon Royle want to swap their pretty house in Lancaster - complete with outhouses, garden and stream - for a similar house in Wales. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations will they decide to swap homes for good?
