Max calls Ryan and Jimmy to his office at the crack of dawn to talk to them. He gives them £10,000 each to do what they like with. He tells them that he made money out of nothing so they've got a £10,000 head start on what he had. Ryan & jimmy are not happy about the competition so Ryan talks to Angel who makes Ryan think she is happy about it but she's not!

Phil goes in to labour in the reception area whilst talking to Joe. An ambulance is called but as Phil goes further in to labour Kate, Virginia and Betty rally round to help her. Angel and Max are on their way down the stairs and they must not see what's going on so they all help get Phil in to the office!

Angel & Max go to there new stables to have a look around, Angel actually likes the new stables and what she likes even more is a chance to roll around with her hubby in the hay!

As Dave counts his money Oona sees and is not happy that he still hasn't banked it! Oona wants to buy all new things and Dave is now in agreement,
